Who I am

I am a medical doctor, neuroscience-based coach, positive psychology practitioner and writer.

I trained at Imperial College London, where I completed both my MBBS and my BSc in Reproductive and Developmental Science. I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach at PCC level, and hold certifications in Co-Active Coaching, Solutions Focused Coaching, Brain-Based Coaching and Team Performance Coaching. I also hold a PGCert in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and a PGDip in Psychodynamic Practice.

I am currently completing my GP training within the NHS, with a special interest in mental health, women's health and integrative and lifestyle medicine.

I have worked globally for over a decade with senior executives, C-suite leaders, founders, high-performing professionals and women navigating the quiet moments of transition that nobody else has language for. My clients have included leaders from Google Cloud, BBC, Aviva, LinkedIn, Lightsource BP, amongst others.

I co-founded Resilient Women, a neuroscience-based programme for high-performing women navigating pressure, performance and the quiet cost of always holding it together.

And I am writing my first book, for every woman who never quite made sense to herself.

Why work with me

The people who come to me are not struggling because they lack capability. They are struggling because they have been carrying the invisible weight of overperforming, over-functioning, proving themselves in systems that were not built for them, for a very long time.

They are ready to stop coping and start understanding.

That is where we begin.

What I believe

Every person has a noticing inside them.

A body that has been signalling long before the mind was ready to listen. A self underneath the performance that has never stopped being accurate.

My work is to help you hear it again.

Not to fix you. Not to improve you. But to help you understand yourself, fully and without judgement, and from that understanding, lead and live differently.

This work draws on medicine, the science of how the mind and body adapt under load, positive psychology, somatic awareness, psychodynamic understanding, and lived human experience. It is rigorous and warm in equal measure. It will challenge you and hold you at the same time.
